How we dropped a client’s agent acquisition cost by 90% using Digital Advertising.

In November 2024, Mr. Zaharopoulos assigned us the tasks of onboarding 25 new real estate agents for Re/Max Zed, a real estate agency in Piraeus, within 12 months. A goal that sounded super risky and out of anyone’s capabilities. But we decided to take the case and try to break the market on agent acquisition costs.



Our budget wasn’t infinite, we agreed upon a 500€/month ad spend to start with, plus some Setup costs. 



Our approach: 

Firstly, we created a dedicated landing page that is simple, easy to go through and includes testimonials for our client. We also decided to mention a really successful case of an existing partner of the agency, Kosmas, who managed to generate 60,000€ in commissions in his first year in business.



Then, we started planning our creatives. We decided to move with 2 short-form videos that showcase the results one can achieve through real estate and used a call-to-action to make users click on our ad.

Time to launch.

We launched on December 10th 2024 on Meta Ads, using specific demographic and location criteria. Our trick? We managed to bypass Meta’s policies on ad declaration and we DID NOT declare our ads in the special categories “Employment” or “Housing”. That way, we managed to specify our targeting criteria exactly to our target audience.

Within two months, we achieved 538 form submissions with an ad spend of 1044€. That's a 1.94€ cost-per-lead… Try to beat that.

So we found 538 people interested in starting their career in Real Estate. Do we just send them to our client and let him deal with 538 different people? Of course not. We created an automated meeting booking system that cuts off unserious prospects.


We made sure all meetings were in person and set up the proper reminders, in order for our client not to waste a single second.


So, basically, our client received a system that generates dozens of leads with the lowest cost in the market, vets those leads and only keeps the qualified prospects, and automatically schedules his meetings based on his calendar. 


The final results, we are currently at month 2/12 and have already onboarded 4 partners, at a cost of 261€/partner. Pretty nice..
